What you get:
Full Training and Nutrition Coaching
Custom made workout plans as well as nutrition coaching for flexible dieting with calories/macros split and tracking! You will learn how to fuel your body to work towards your goal and build a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
Price- £85 per month

What's included:
Full training and cardio plans (home or gym) tailored to you and your goals. This will include exercises, sets, reps and tracking progression of weight/reps.
Personalised calorie and macro targets with meal ideas to suit your lifestyle and goals.
Regular programme updates every 4 weeks based on your feedback and progression.
Bi-weekly check ins (progress questionnaires, measurements and photos) to help you to keep progressing and adjust anything if needed.
Access to daily communication with me via the training app for any questions or updates you may have. This can include you sending videos of your exercises to check the form and technique!
